I now have a cleaning lady. I had enough filling left over to make a small 7" quiche for her. I thought it would be nice for her to have for lunch while working on the house, and it was big enough that she could have 1/2 for dinner at home. It worked out perfect for her, she had enough for both!

Quiche and Beads
I worked yesterday and today on making beads for an open house I am doing next weekend. I also tried the Pioneer Woman's quiche. It was good, but lacked flavor I think. The onions lended to the overall blend quite nicely, but I am either unable to taste them or I thought the artichokes didn't give off enough of a compliment to be noticeable.
