Recipe Friday April 17, 2009 Grilled Triple Cheese Sandwiches

12 slices whole grain bread

1⁄4 cup whole grain Dijon style mustard

6 slices (1 ounce each) baked ham

6 slices (3/4 ounce each)Provolone cheese

6 slices (3/4 ounce each) Cheddar cheese

1 cup (6 ounces)Gorgonzola cheese (Crumbled)

1.Spread each slice of bread with mustard. Top each of 6 slices of bread with 1 slice ham, 1 slice provolone and 1 slice cheddar. Sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Top each sandwich with remaining bread. cook on hot griddle approx 3 min. on each side.

Picnic tip: Make sandwiches ahead and grill them at your picnic or simply serve cold. Bring along fresh fruits and vegetables.
