I NEED a new crystal cake stand
I broke mine a few years ago. Steve bought it for me from princess house. It was pricey, I dropped a knife in the lid when washing it, poked a hole right thru it and the dome top had to be tossed. Since it was special order, I tossed it. I didn't think I could ever find a top for it.
Now I see this, it is vintage and it is wavy, I love it. I used my other one to display cookies, muffins, cake.....who would've thought????

It's beautiful! I've never had a cake stand. There's been a few occasions that I've needed one, but... less can be more.
Cheryl, I do an avid amount of baking. The cake stand held cookies, muffins, cake, tiny pies, all kinds of things over the years. Sometimes it held a floral ring around a candle. It was something I sat on my table and enjoyed. I really miss mine. But you are right, less is MORE.
